This research-driven system of assisted stretches targets neuromyofascial tissue, which is the connective tissue found throughout the body surrounding your muscles, bones, joints and organs. FST uses gentle traction and flow of movement for optimal results in mobility and pain management.

Athletes often experience improved flexibility, speed and performance and less active individuals benefit from improved mobility, improved sleep quality and stress reduction.
