Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Pilates and Fascial Stretch Therapy appointments can be scheduled below. Use the ‘NEW PATIENT’ options if you have never been to our clinic before. Our appointments are 30 minutes in duration unless otherwise stated.

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment or ask to convert it to a Telehealth appointment which you can do from home.


If you are attending a Pilates or Gentle Stretch Group Class, we ask that you pay in advance as these classes are conducted out of CSOM office hours. Classes can be paid for individually or packages can be purchased. Call us on 292-6901 ext 1 (between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday) and we can take card details over the phone. Our apologies for any inconvenience.


It is with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to Michelle Monk, her last day at CSOM is on Thursday 26th May. We are sorry to see such a wonderful physiotherapist leave but we are so excited for her new venture, her very own clinic. Michelle will contact all her clients who are booked beyond 26th May with information regarding her new location. Osteopathy

Osteopathic treatment aims to resolve the underlying cause of the problem, in addition to relieving pain and promoting function and movement – supporting the patient’s innate ability to self-regulate and self-heal.

Although Osteopaths are well known for treating back and neck pain, the practice of Osteopathy can help relieve the symptoms of a wide range of muscle, nerve, and joint conditions.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a table-based assisted stretch therapy that can reduce pain, restore function, increase range of motion, aid in injury prevention and help your everyday movements as well as fitness and sport. This research-driven system of assisted stretches targets neuromyofascial tissue, which is the connective tissue found throughout the body surrounding your muscles, bones, joints and organs. FST uses gentle traction and flow of movement for optimal results in mobility and pain management.

Athletes often experience improved flexibility, speed and performance and less active individuals benefit from improved mobility, improved sleep quality and stress reduction.

Clients are asked to bring socks and to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

Jill gained her BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy at the University of East London, UK after which she worked in the NHS in a variety of clinics. Ciara comes to us from Australia where she obtained her BSc Physical Therapy at Notre Dame University.

Ciara is a strong believer in continual learning and that sometimes trying something different can be key. She strives to give her clients new approaches to their issues as well as providing true and tested treatments.

M’Lynn has taught Pilates since 2015 and has achieved Level 3 in Fascial Stretch Therapy. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients ranging from professional athletes and desk jockies to individuals suffering from MS, Fibromyalgia and scoliosis. Earning her BSc in Kinesiology at Louisiana State University, M’Lynn concentrated on Fitness Studies with a minor in Health Sciences. She looks forward to working with CSOM clients and being a part of their healing and fitness journey. CSOM is delighted to welcome Stephen back to the team. Stephen has worked at KEMH and other clinics and he has also been the team physiotherapist for local football teams and the national rugby squad.

Stephen has a Masters in Advance Manipulative Physiotherapy and is currently completing a doctorate degree. He is certified in acupuncture and dry needling and also treats with massage and exercise prescription.

Stephen treats a broad range of issues but has a keen interest in running rehabilitation and back injuries specifically.

Michelle is passionate about her career as a physiotherapist and is committed to educating, advocating and supporting patients in their pursuit of optimal health and wellness. She utilizes a variety of skills to help her patients including manual therapy, electroacupuncture and K-Taping. She has specialized in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release technique which can treat a variety of issues from sports injuries, scar release and headaches to a wide range of pain including neck, back, TMJ and chronic pain.

Michelle is also a pelvic floor physiotherapist and can assist with a women’s health issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and post-pregnancy issues.

Michelle gained her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, Canada and her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health, York University, Canada.

With over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, treating a multitude of different orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and athletic injuries, Raina can utilize a broad range of skills in order to help her patients. A keen athlete all her life in a multitude of sports, including triathlons and field hockey, Raina is also an excellent yoga instructor.

Skilled at sport-specific rehabilitation and patient-specific exercise prescription, Raina’s post-graduate areas of focus include advanced manual and manipulative therapy, myofascial release and dry needling/medical acupuncture. Raina enjoys working with those who love to move or would like to do it better.
